Food service in the event area of the ADAC headquarters<\/h1>

During the renovation of the existing dining hall, Telia set up a temporary food service area in the auditorium event area of the ADAC headquarters in Munich. The solution includes the planning and implementation of food service, regeneration kitchen and logistics areas \u2013 fully integrated into the existing building and usable for four months.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/header>\r\n

Temporary – with a permanent look <\/h2>

The particular challenge was to fit a complete food serving area, including a regeneration kitchen, into the existing auditorium event area. The solution had to be functional, hygienic and, at the same time, visually unobtrusive. The floors were doubled up to protect the parquet and covered with PVC flooring suitable for kitchens \u2013 clean, hygienic and removable without leaving any residue.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>

4 meal services – catering from central kitchen<\/h2>

Four food serving lines were set up for operation, supplied by the central kitchen on the ground floor. Cash register areas, refrigeration technology, cold food counters, hot food counters and sneeze guards enable full-scale operation.
\nThe installation was carried out using state-of-the-art kitchen technology and was handed over to the customer fully operational \u2013 Telia Standard.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>
