The fire safety measures at Procter & Gamble’s DACH headquarters, including the canteen, were brought up to the latest standards. As an incentive for employees, the client packaged the interim solution into an attractive concept with additional offerings. The result was Eateria in the Park.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/header>\r\n

Full restaurant with cafeteria<\/h2>

The entire infrastructure for catering to 1,500 employees had to be created. Telia supplied the refrigeration system for food, a multifunctional commercial kitchen with all the equipment needed for cooking, frying and steaming, as well as the necessary dishwashing facilities. The bakery and patisserie, which were very popular in the canteen, were also to be retained during the transition period. For this reason, the interim kitchen was equipped with the appropriate professional kitchen appliances for the preparation of fresh baked goods. The dining room was equipped with 600 seats, a buffet line for food distribution, cash registers and a heating and air conditioning system.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>

Developed with the kitchen team<\/h2>

The temporary kitchen at Procter & Gamble was intended to offer more than just basic necessities. To ensure that the temporary solution would be well received by employees, those responsible opted for the \u2018Eateria in the Park\u2019 concept. The culinary offerings were to be expanded and additional team-building events introduced. For this reason, the kitchen team and those responsible in the human resources department were particularly involved in the planning of the interim restaurant. The success of the concept proves it right: for example, barbecues were held for employees, which were very well attended, while sporting events were broadcast live.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>

Collaboration with general contractors<\/h2>

Perfect temporary kitchens are a team effort. Before cooking can begin in professional kitchens, cooperation with numerous trades and public authorities is required. In this project, Telia acted as a partner to a general contractor who built the hall. Thanks to close coordination throughout the planning phase, the hall construction and kitchen installation went perfectly hand in hand. The temporary restaurant was thus handed over completely on schedule, with all inspections and approvals completed.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>

During the renovation of the existing dining hall, Telia set up a temporary food service area in the auditorium event area of the ADAC headquarters. The solution includes the planning and implementation of food service, regeneration kitchen and logistics areas.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/a>\n \n

Production kitchen with decentralised food distribution<\/h3>

Sch\u00fctz<\/p>\n<\/div>

A temporary kitchen for staff catering has been set up at the Sch\u00fctz headquarters in Selters. It will be in operation for 36 months. Telia is responsible for planning and implementing the technical building equipment and all the commercial kitchen technology.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/a>\n \n

Lightweight hall in combination with container solution<\/h3>

An interim kitchen with extended storage capacity was implemented for the renovation of the Brenner Operngrill. The Brenner Operngrill is considered one of the top addresses in Munich.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/a>\n \n

Supply solution for emergency shelter in the Federal State of Bavaria<\/h3>

Emergency Shelter Warngau<\/p>\n<\/div>

A fully equipped temporary canteen was set up for an emergency shelter run by the Federal state of Bavaria. The facility provides meals for around 500 people every day, who are housed in a modular container facility for 24 months. <\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/a>\n \n

Lightweight hall in the hospital courtyard with full building services<\/h3>

Franziskus Spital in Wien<\/p>\n<\/div>

An interim kitchen with a direct connection to the existing building was constructed in 2025 to supply a hospital. The solution ensures the preparation and serving of meals for patients and staff over a period of 16 months. <\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/a>\n \n
