Modern lightweight hall canteen for 500 people
Building air conditioning and room air supply in accordance with current standards
Digital monitoring systems for hygiene and operational safety

Supply on neutral construction site

The entire emergency shelter was erected as a temporary solution on open land. The residents are housed in around 500 residential containers, and meals are provided by a lightweight hall canteen with a fully equipped kitchen. Telia planned and implemented the catering areas and the technical building equipment.

Modern air conditioning and ventilation technology

The canteen is air-conditioned via a supply and exhaust air system with heat recovery and a temperature-controlled heat pump solution. This ensures a high standard of indoor air quality, energy efficiency and comfort – even at full capacity.

Digital process reliability

For maximum operational reliability, the appliances were digitally integrated via Connected Cooking and Connected Wash. This allows hygiene, maintenance processes and service calls to be monitored continuously. Telia is connected to the kitchen operations in real time and can respond immediately in the event of malfunctions – an important factor for safe and continuous canteen operations.
