PRIME DAY 2025 © Maximilian Lottmann
Telia provided a fully equipped pop-up kitchen for a public cooking event organised by the Austrian Chefs’ Association. The appliances came from Telia’s rental equipment pool and were delivered, assembled, connected and handed over ready for use. Using this infrastructure, the Austrian national team of chefs produced around 1,500 portions of Kaiserschmarren during the event.

Date & location: 8 July 2025, Riesenradplatz/Wurstelprater, Vienna.

Fully equipped professional kitchen without on-site infrastructure
Use under live conditions with high production volumes
National team of chefs worked with Telia kitchen technology
Smooth preparation and serving in front of an audience
The entire kitchen solution was assembled from Telia’s rental equipment pool. Delivery, assembly, functional testing and commissioning were carried out on site. This provided a professional, catering-grade production kitchen – without any structural infrastructure or complex installations.
In addition to setting up and commissioning the kitchen, Telia also provided technical support during the event. This ensured that the kitchen ran smoothly for the entire duration and that any issues could be addressed immediately. Operational reliability is crucial, especially in live operations with high volumes. The pop-up kitchen functioned reliably throughout, allowing Silvia Schneider and Stefan Kraft to serve Kaiserschmarrn without interruption.
The pop-up kitchen provided the technical foundation for the live cooking demonstration by the Austrian Chefs’ Association. The national team prepared around 1,500 portions, including the winning dish ‘Smash den Schmarrn – Wald & Wiese’ by Josef Leitner. The professional equipment ensured safe and continuous cooking operations – in front of an audience and TV cameras.
