What makes this project special is the way in which the food is distributed: the freshly prepared meals are portioned and packaged directly in the temporary kitchen and then delivered to various areas of the company premises. This ensures that meals are provided even though no permanent canteen can be used.
Technical implementation from a single source
Telia plans and implements the technical building equipment, including ventilation technology, supply and exhaust air systems, cold storage rooms and professional kitchen technology. The temporary kitchen is fully operational and designed for use over several years.
