Preservation efforts

Preserving the existing green space

The construction of three modular halls on green terrain with a 1.2-meter height difference required an exceptional approach. The initial idea of a container kitchen was abandoned when it was found that it could not provide the necessary space and comfort. The decision to replace containers with three versatile modular halls resulted in a pleasant environment for employees and guests.

Cafeteria surrounded by nature

Garden under chestnut trees

These modular halls, with an impressive total floor area of 2,600 m², not only provided ample space for the cafeteria operation but also allowed for the creation of an inviting garden under chestnut trees. The overall project included not only dining areas but also all necessary rooms such as offices and storage. A special focus was placed on compliance with workplace regulations regarding room temperature, air velocity, and other aspects.
