High frequency and high demands

Several thousand meals a day

Meticulous planning with the customer begins months before the Oktoberfest opens. This is based on feedback from the previous year and new ideas from the head chef. With the help of 3D animations, logistics such as delivery, cooling, storage and disposal are precisely coordinated. Highly efficient processes in the kitchen and short distances between stations are simulated, optimised and finalised. Telia supplies the entire kitchen and hands it over to the kitchen team at Oktoberfest ready for operation.
