QR code on every device – service without detours
The appliances in Telia’s temporary kitchens are marked with a QR code. This shows the serial number and appliance name of the respective appliance. Simply scan the code and you will be directed to a contact person. Customers do not need to search, enquire or research – they are connected immediately.
Rapid support through a combined service network
Telia works with a network of its own technicians and experienced partner companies. The service can be reached by email and telephone during opening hours – and usually responds immediately. The initial diagnosis is made directly during the initial contact. This quickly clarifies whether a simple immediate solution is required or whether a technician is needed.

The goal always remains the same: operations must continue.
Where possible, the fault is identified immediately and resolved via instructions or remote diagnosis. In other cases, a technician is dispatched. For large-scale projects, such as the Oktoberfest, Telia even has staff on site around the clock.

There are no additional service packages or maintenance contracts – support in the event of damage is already included in the Telia standard. This standard does not mean perfection at any price, but rather a clear stance: customers are supported wherever possible.
