Preserving the existing green space
The construction of three modular halls on green terrain with a 1.2-meter height difference required an exceptional approach. The initial idea of a container kitchen was abandoned when it was found that it could not provide the necessary space and comfort. The decision to replace containers with three versatile modular halls resulted in a pleasant environment for employees and guests.
Garden under chestnut trees
These modular halls, with an impressive total floor area of 2,600 m², not only provided ample space for the cafeteria operation but also allowed for the creation of an inviting garden under chestnut trees.
